I was referred to Mo at Auto Europa by Carrera Motors. Needed some repair work done on the door of my Carrera. Work was done in the time specified and was done right. So good that we thought to have the hood and trunk of our older model Lexus painted; the sides did not need painting as they all looked good. The Lexus arrived looking brand new. Not only did they paint the hood and trunk at the agreed-upon price, they detailed the car so in entirety it looked awesome. I just recently took the Carrera to them for a full detail. My truck looks completely new inside and out!!!! As an equestrian, I'm pretty hard on it, and they probably cleaned out ten pounds of dirt from the inside and flawlessly fixed all the dents and scrapes on the outside... even refinished a piece of wood trim on my dash that was in rough shape. Highly recommend!!

I just went into Auto Europa with some minor bumper damage and wanted to see if I could leave the car there to be repaired. The service I received was superb. Immediately my car was taken and fixed within less than 5 minutes and was told there'd be no cost because it was so quick. This was the second visit a car of mine has had there and this level of service appears to be the MO of the operation. 100% recommend taking any car here. They are helpful, polite and efficient. If you want the job done right and for it to look absolutely beautiful after, Auto Europa is the place to go. It's the best Auto Body repair, painting and detail shop on the whole Peninsula. I have been a customer of Auto Europa for 20 years now and the result of every visit is a glorious - like "brand new" car. My most recent visit was a week ago and I still marvel at what an amazing job they do - Mo and his team really care and go above and beyond, ensuring even the smallest of details are taken care of. The customer service I received from Mo was exceptional. My insurance company initially would only provide a used rack and pinion, but when it was clear to Mo that it was not useable, he stayed on top of my insurance company and they provided a new one. I, fortunately, came across Auto Europa and Mo because of a mistake by a previous auto body shop with my accident a year ago. The previous shop tried to pass off my alignment issue as normal wear and tear rather than damage from my accident and refused to submit a supplemental to my insurance. Mo got my supplemental a year later. I should have used them in the first place. Next time I will! Read more reviews

I received great extremely competent service from Auto Europa. Mo, one of the owners dealt with my insurance company maximizing every penny of my insurance benefit. I had to change the schedule of when they would begin work on the car many times, and at no time did Mo lose his cool.
